The BRIDGE is born of our convictions for the need for a course courses to aid transition through retirement to a vibrant new stage of life prompted by both by own experiences and those of our own and our contemporaries experiences.

ANALYSIS 

Externally there is a perception that retirees ought to be seen and not heard and by retirees themselves that they ought to be able to weather this major life transition without complaint. Professionally in the face of ageing populations there is a widely recognized need for education and support for successful ageing and life planning.


CUSTOMER VALUE PROPOSITION  The course/s can make a significant difference to the experience of transition from main career to retirement, through addressing purpose building skills, finding and reaching goals, decision making and relationship issues. We will hold interactive workshops to deal with both the practical and the psychological aspects of the transition to third age, combined with skill building and information. In a flexible format, the workshops will have a core element and optional modules to fit the requirements of particular groups.
